This wine is made from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot. After a mild, dry winter, it’s a hot, humid spring that begins. These climatic conditions set the tone for this year and portend an early vintage. The few short spells of cool and humid weather in April and May were not enough to slow the development cycle. The year continues with a particularly hot and dry summer, accompanied by wind. These climatic conditions will impact our yields, which are slightly lower than in previous years, but above all they will allow us to harvest grapes with very good concentration. The harvest was very early, it takes place over two weeks in September. The grapes thus harvested are balanced and well concentrated.
Tasting : This wine is characterized by very beautiful notes of ripe red and black fruit.
Pairing : Goes well with poultry and stews.
