The genius of any small wine producer, but above all of a vigneron, consists in giving a singular style to their labels, in order to offer immediately recognizable cuv\u00e9es, using the soil and climate conditions of the area and combining them with their own production philosophy.
\nAmong the young Domaines that reiterate this concept, we find La Rogerie, a project born in 2015 from the intentions of Justine and Fran\u00e7ois, both coming from historic families of winemakers, originally from Alsace and Avize respectively. “L’H\u00e9ro\u00efne” is one of their Champagne Blanc de Blancs, a cuv\u00e9e of rare and fascinating finesse from the Grand Cru village of Avize. In the glass it is golden yellow in color, with fine and persistent perlage. The olfactory profile is full of fragrances of brioche bread, dried fruit, butter, vanilla and yeasts.
