The Meroi family owns 35 hectares but only 15 hectares are on vines. They produces around 85,000 bottles of fine wine using Organic Viticulture.
The harvest is manual, immediately after vinification the wine rests for 18 months in barrique passage, after blending and bottling it refines for a few months in the cellar. Intense ruby red wine. Perfume with clear references to dark ripe fruit such as cherries, plums and blackberries followed by spicy and smoky memories. Wine that perfectly accompanies all meat-based menus and above all grilled.
