100% Chardonnay

A beautiful organic Chardonnay from the Languedoc region in the south of France. A lovely pale golden color full of vibrant stone fruits on the nose. On the palate enticing lemon, nectarine and ripe peach characters with a hint of toast. Fresh acidity balances the richness of the wine and gives a long, lasting finish.

Food : Serve with vegetarian quiches or tarts. Salmon or poultry dishes in a creamy sauce will also work perfectly.
