The Champagne Venus 2018 by Pascal Agrapart is a Blanc de Blancs made from 100% Chardonnay grapes harvested from the Lieu-Dit “Fosse aux Pourceaux”- an old vineyard planted in 1ggg near the Grand Cru of Avize No mechanical means are used to work in the vineyard solety managed by a man and his horse. The marked minerality and the very elegant bubbles are the fundamental characteristics of this product. making it sweet and special.
