Following the sarne philosophy also dosage is avoided – making ita Brut Nature – and leaving intact the purity of the wine. Balsamic, floral and fruity notes envelop its typical minerality and its unique dink bubbles are persuasive, but the real, peculiarty is its vinous note, almost like a still white wine.
