100% Pinot Meunier

The La Parcelle Cuvée 4 Juillet is a special creation created to mark the 10th anniversary of LA PARCELLE champagne. This cuvée consists of 100% Pinot Meunier grapes and is aged in used wood, which gives it a unique flavor.
The story of this cuvée began on July 4, 2015, when the first bottles of the 2012 vintage were sold in Barzy/Marne. This date not only marked the beginning of the La Parcelle Cuvée 4 Juillet, but also the birth of the Cuvée La Capella.
The 2015 harvest was characterized by very small yields, which can give this cuvée a particular intensity and concentration. The fact that it is aged in used wood helps to shape its unique personality and character.
