The Family owns 4 hectares and produces 24,000 bottles of fine wine using Indigenous yeast and biodynamic Viticulture.

It comes from Nebbiolo grapes grown in the Municipality of Barbaresco, in the Rio Sordo valley, on the southern ridge which, since 2006, takes the name Three Stars. In the vineyard the maximum environmental inspection is in force through. After the harvest took place the first week of October, the pomace remains in contact with the must for 3 weeks, kept in immersion by means of comebacks throughout the period of alcoholic fermentation. Then the malolactic fermentation takes place in the cellar at a temperature of 20 *C in traditional Slavonian oak barrels of 10-20 hl for 18 months. Filtration and clarification are not provided. Bright and transparent garnet red. Open to the nose on elegant notes of rose, violet and red berries, the aeration reveals a vein of fresh minerality and a slight spiciness. In the mouth the tannin is agile and nervous, while leaving it delicate and silky. Finale of great persistence.
