Prior symbolises Giuliano’s pioneering spirit and his belief in Prosecco di Valdobbiadene (now Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Docg) and in the Martinotti Charmat sparkling winemaking method with fermentation in an autoclave, also known as the Italian Method.
