100% Nebbiolo

“Outside” is 100% Nebbiolo made just beyond the official Barolo boundaries, close enough to follow the style but technically outside the denomination. It’s a bold, thought-provoking wine that reflects how climate change and shifting tastes are reshaping winemaking. Named for its location just outside Barolo, it’s aged for 30 months (18 in oak), nearly meeting Barolo’s aging standards. Darker red and black berry tones, tobacco and hints of forest floor. This Nebbiolo based wine is already very drinkable, with the structure to age beautifully.
